Get your mind wrapped around it. The time has come. Get your mind AND body ready, you’re about to quit cigarettes once and for all. Sure, millions of people are quitting commercial cigarettes by using a method that was not even invented as a cessation (quit) method–electronic cigarettes, better known by their nickname “e-cigs.” People vary the amount of nicotine by purchasing e-juice or nic-juice (nicotine diluted) of different strengths (some don’t even contain nicotine), which are MUCH LOWER than commercial cigarettes because the nicotine has NOT been treated with ammonia. The American Journal of Preventative Medicine revealed a survey that was taken which contains very interesting statistics with e-cigs. More than 30% of the 222 people who tried e-cigs were still off cigs six months later. This is huge! No cessation methods out there yield such phenomenal statistics. Many of these folks were long term smokers has had made multiple “quit attempts” with other methods, to no avail. Great News and Impressive Figures: In the survey/study, seventy percent of the people using e-cigs more than twenty times a day had quit cigarettes entirely. Let’s just say that one more time. SEVENTY PERCENT! You want more good news? More than 30% of those e-cig users weren’t even using nicotine after six months. Just weaned themselves right off it. How’s that for a cessation sensation? Big Tobacco is furious, and they want the FDA to step in immediately and regulate, but since e-cigs don’t contain tobacco, that’s a long, arduous war for them. Any nicotine replacement therapy is more expensive than e-cigs.

Nicotine patches and nicotine gum both only yield about 8% success rate, compared to e-cigs proving a 30 to 70% success rate, depending on usage dose and frequency. Some people who try the patch or the gum end up still smoking AND doing the nicotine therapy, even for years, addicted to both.

So, what happens when you stop smoking commercial cigarettes … do you know? What happens at first? Well, you’re nauseous less often. Your sense of taste comes back, big time. Balance improves. Less irritability. Energy greater throughout the day.
